Hello my name is George Flannery of George Flannery painting. Owner of a small residential and commercial painting business. I stay small for one reason to give my clients the personal touch that most big painting outfits lose because of shear volume that they do. I am on every job that I take on. I take pride in my work and do my best to complete each and every job on time. This doesn't always happen due to weather,changes in decisions in color or unforseen events which are out of my control. We at George Flannery painting strive to do the best job possible. Now I know there are jobs out there that are just what we call blow and go. Which translate into Just get the job done and make it look half way descent. I do ,do those kinds of jobs for realestate people and apartment places. But for the homeowner who wants to take pride in their home that special touch is also needed. Dont let joe shmoo ruin your house because he says he can do the job for half that price. I have had to many people call me and I give them an estimate (which are free by the way) and have them say later well we are going with this guy. He's half the price! And then call me a couple of weeks later and ask if I can fix what he has done to their home. Yes I can do that but it's usually more costly in the long run. I can tell you now I will not always be the cheapest guy out there. But cheaper doesn't get good results. One of my suggestions to all my clients is to get at least three estimates. I want the clients to feel comfortable with who ever is going to be working on their job,wether it's my company or someone elses.
